Bone Dry Carpet Cleaning

Jeff is here cleaning my tiles/grout as we speak. I just purchased this home and the grout in many rooms was black. I don't know how, but it looks brand new. He is meticulous, professional and I am incredibly grateful. I wish I include a before, but this is after. Thank you!

Honestly, I'm totally satisfied with how beautiful the carpets look, as compared to what they were beforehand. Professional staff (Crystal and Kirk) made it seem seamless as they accomplished what needed to be done. The only area that I found was still wet when they left were the stairs. That would be one area that I felt was not "bone dry". Otherwise, a great job!! I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat.

Bone Dry was absolutely incredible! I couldn't be happier with my entire experience and I know I will be using them again in the future. I mainly spoke and worked with Krystal and she is an absolute gem! She always responded in a timely manner, was beyond accommodating and did excellent work on the bedroom carpet of the rental I was moving from. Krystal and Brittany did a phenomenal job on the bedroom and it looked fantastic. There were some stains from my small dog, but when they finished they were entirely gone and I received my entire pet security deposit back. I also had Bone Dry clean my 8x10 wool Pottery Barn rug that my dog had stained in two areas with urine. When I got the rug back, all odors were completely gone, all small stains were out and the urine spots looked a million times better! As Krystal mentioned, wool is insanely hard to clean after stains have dried and set in, but she still managed to do a beautiful job and it exceeded my expectations. I’m so happy I used Bone Dry for my carpet cleaning, it was even better than I imagined! I had a huge coffee stain on my bedroom carpet that Krystal was able to remove, and she was also able to remove to large pet stains that I thought I’d never get out! So impressed with this service and I’d definitely use them again!

Jeff got back to me within hours of my email, and offered a very economical price. He and Larry were prompt, friendly, and very conscientious. They explained what they were doing and then got it done. Jeff really loves his job and takes pride in his work, and the results were dramatic! I have a very light carpet and a very active household (2 boys), so I had no idea how much he could accomplish. The carpet looks great, and I am very pleased!
